We provide support and services for and by the LGBT+ communities of Cheshire.

Services

Technicolour are here to support and provide a voice for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans+ people in Cheshire. Whether you are LGBT+ or you are looking for support for a friend or family member of someone who is LGBT+ you can find help, advice, friendship and support.

Services are open to anyone who needs support or information around sexuality, sexual identity or gender identity, wherever you are on that journey. Technicolour reflects our ethos of celebrating the whole spectrum of identity and self-expression.

Get Involved

If you’re looking to be a part of the wider LGBT+ community why not volunteer with us and promote equality for everyone by joining in at Pride and other events, be a guest speaker in a training event, or tell us your story through Cheshire Cheese, The Rocket and Vintage Cheddar.

We have a range of volunteer opportunities that range from a regular weekly commitment to helping out at annual events. All our volunteers receive full training and are DBS checked for safeguarding.

We offer a range of training and development around sexuality and gender identity. These sessions can be for either service users or professionals and can be delivered either in person or online.

Awareness of the issues for LGBT+ people in all settings is key to promoting well-being and equality for all. Training can be designed to meet the needs of an organisation reflecting specific issues or challenges.

Professional Support

Technicolour can offer professional support and advice around LGBT+ issues for professionals. We have advisory roles on a number of Networks, Boards, Events and public sector consultations.
