EQUALITY, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION FOR VOLUNTEERS
Our Equality and Diversity Training course equips volunteers with the knowledge and skills to support inclusive and respectful environments. It covers key concepts such as unconscious bias, and the legal frameworks surrounding equality. Participants will learn to recognise and challenge prejudices, promote fair treatment, and support diverse perspectives.
This course emphasises the importance of creating an equitable environment where everyone feels valued and respected, enhancing teamwork, creativity, and meeting the needs of the service users.
